Standard type cartons
Unipack-V cartons are manufactured from microflute, three-ply, and five-ply corrugated board and are designed for the reliable transport and storage of a wide range of products, from food and cosmetics to technical and industrial goods. Each construction is engineered to withstand real loads across the supply chain and to keep the contents in optimal condition.
The standard transport carton with top flaps remains the most commonly used packaging solution. We size it according to your pallets, racking systems, and logistical constraints to achieve stable stacking during storage and transport, without unnecessary empty space. Depending on the requirements, we can offer lighter constructions for low-weight products or reinforced versions for heavier loads.
All packaging can be printed using flexographic printing in up to four colours on brown or white liners. This allows clear placement of logos and product information, printing of barcodes and handling symbols, and more expressive branding when the carton also has a presentation role in the retail environment.
Upon request, we produce various types of openings, perforations, handles, and auxiliary cut-outs on slotted cartons to make filling, opening, and in-store or on-site use easier. In this way, the standard carton becomes a practical tool for logistics and sales, offering an optimal balance between protection, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
