Single-face corrugated board

Single-face corrugated board is the most flexible material in the range. It consists of one flat liner and one fluted layer. It does not provide sufficient strength for standalone boxes and is therefore mainly used as a protective and wrapping material: for product wrapping, additional cushioning, interlayers, and pallet lining. It is supplied in rolls and allows fast and cost-effective adaptation to different sizes and shapes.
E flute

E flute, also known as microflute, has a thickness of up to approximately 1.6 mm and is suitable for small-format packaging with high visual requirements. This material provides a smooth surface for high-quality printing, precise folding, and clean edges, making it a preferred choice for laminated packaging, premium small boxes, and shelf-ready displays. It offers a balanced combination of refined appearance and reliable product protection.
B flute

B flute, with a thickness of approximately 3 mm, is widely used for small and medium-sized packaging. It combines good compression strength with a finer structure, allowing higher print quality and easier production of precisely dimensioned constructions. It is suitable for consumer packaging, transport boxes for lighter products, and combined solutions where both visual appeal and reliable protection during transport are required.
C flute

C flute, with a thickness of approximately 4 mm, is the most commonly used material for transport packaging made of corrugated board. It offers an excellent balance between strength, compression resistance, and weight. The material is suitable for standard slotted cartons as well as more complex die-cut constructions, where secure stacking, stable storage, and reliable protection during long-distance transport are essential.
BE flute

Five-ply BE corrugated board, combining B and E flutes and with a thickness of approximately 4.6 mm, offers high structural strength together with an excellent visual appearance. The combination of two different flute profiles allows higher load capacity while maintaining very good print quality. This material is particularly suitable for packaging heavier or sensitive products where an elegant commercial presentation is also required, such as promotional sets, premium cartons, electronics packaging, and high-end consumer goods.
CE flute

CE flute, combining C and E profiles and with a thickness of approximately 5.6 mm, brings together high load-bearing capacity and a refined outer surface. It is used for larger packaging that must withstand significant loads during high pallet stacking, long-distance transport, and repeated handling. It is suitable for machinery, components, flat-pack furniture, and other products where safety and stability are critical.
BC flute

Five-ply BC corrugated board, combining B and C flutes and with a thickness of approximately 6 mm, is designed for the highest load requirements. It provides maximum packaging strength and is used for heavy and large-format products, as well as equipment and assemblies sensitive to impact and vibration. BC flute is a preferred solution for export, long supply chains, and high-bay storage, where packaging must remain stable and reliable throughout the entire product lifecycle.
