Die cut packaging
Unipack-V die-cut packaging is designed individually according to the product and the way it is presented, whether in production, in-store, or during delivery to the end customer. Thanks to precise die-cutting, we combine various folds, openings, and locking mechanisms so that each package fits exactly, assembles quickly, and provides reliable protection during transport and storage.
Using this technology, we produce a wide range of solutions, including:
- trays and boxes for pizzas, cakes, and confectionery products;
- specialised packaging for furniture, lighting fixtures, and electrical components;
- crates and trays for fruits and vegetables;
- promotional and gift sets, displays, and custom shapes made to specification.
When required, we combine die-cutting with lamination onto corrugated board and full-colour flexographic, offset, or digital printing, so you receive both a stable construction and a clearly visible commercial design. Additional elements such as handles, windows, tear-off perforations, and locking tabs make filling, opening, and using the packaging directly at the point of sale easier.
A special focus is placed on bag-in-box packaging for wines and other beverages. These solutions combine a pouch with a dispensing tap and a protective cardboard box that provides stability, ease of pouring, and an excellent appearance. We offer boxes with capacities of 2, 3, 5, 10, and 20 litres in various formats and corrugated board thicknesses, with construction and printing tailored to your brand and sales channel. This gives you a more economical option that is lighter to transport and significantly easier to recycle compared to traditional glass packaging.
